With over 20 years of experience in the yachting industry, Matthew has led multiple superyacht new builds and refits, serving as both Captain and Project Manager. His extensive hands-on experience in yacht construction, management, and global navigation—including a five-year circumnavigation—has equipped him with the technical expertise and leadership skills required for high-level yacht operations.

He has forged strong relationships with shipyards, suppliers, and service providers, ensuring efficient project delivery to the highest standards.
